Kick Off // Phase 1

To make our vision a reality, we needed to fundraise.

Our target was to achieve the first $50,000 by May 2019 for Phase 1, which would allow us to kickstart the project and invest in the essentials. These include:

1. Funding a local temple fight night

The first opportunity for young people to participate in our programme

• Showcase for their hard work and training

• Opportunity for local vendors to sell and promote their businesses
  

2. Building the gym!

• Digging the foundations

• Building the structure

• Fitting the roof
  

And, with huge thanks to everyone who donated, we did it! HKD$50,000 raised through our gofundme campaign

To give you an idea of where the money went:

• HK$10,000 paid for all the construction materials

• HK$30,000 will covered the cost of building the exterior structure and the roof

• HK$10,000 went towards the production of fight night 2019, including income for the fighters and all local vendors
